CenterPointe Hotels, LLC is a privately held, limited liability company that for more than 10 years has been developing, acquiring and repositioning leading brand focused service and extended-stay hotels in the Southeast region of the United States. We are current Hilton and Marriott Owners/Franchisees that are Texas-based and Hotel-Focused.

We provide nationally branded, focused-service hotel investment opportunities for high net worth individuals and institutional investors, with a primary goal of providing quarterly cash distributions, capital appreciation through increases in property values, and the build-up of equity through the reduction of mortgage indebtness. We invest our own capital along with our investment partners, striving to provide hotel investment opportunities that offer risk-adjusted returns, high yielding stable cash flows, and equity appreciation potential.
